Recipe for Chocolate-Covered Crispy Rice

– 2 cup puffed rice – 150 gm butter – 25 gm milk powder – 200 gm dark chocolate – 150 gm powdered sugar


Puffed rice should be added to a pan. Dry roast the puffed rice until crispy over medium heat.

Step 2 Melt the chocolate

Melt dark chocolate in a double boiler, then stir in butter, milk powder, and powdered sugar.


To the chocolate, add the puffed rice and stir to combine.

Step 3 Make the batter

Step 4 Pour into moulds

Cool the mixture in silicone moulds. Refrigerate the tray until set.


The Puffed Rice Chocolates are ready to be served as soon as they have hardened.
