– 2 cup puffed rice – 150 gm butter – 25 gm milk powder – 200 gm dark chocolate – 150 gm powdered sugar
Combine cornflakes, flour, butter, sugar, baking soda, and water in a mixing bowl. Rest for 10 minutes.
Dust a thin roti with all-purpose flour, roll it out, and cut it into round shapes.
Mix strawberry jam and muesli together in a bowl to make the filling.
Grease and dust the mould, add the roti, and throw away the edges. Prick, add muesli and jam filling.
Bake the tart for 12-15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
Combine blueberries, sugar, honey, and chopped strawberries in a bowl. Make something tasty in a pan.
After baking, remove the tart from the mould and place it on a plate with the berry topping.
Sprinkle powdered sugar. Decorate with hung curd, berries, and mint. Enjoy!
