Olivia Wilde won her child custody and support fight with Jason Sudeikis after a court denied his plea to move the case to New York, according to TMZ.
Jason fought Olivia to remove the custody issue from California. Cali provides more child support than New York.
"The Court finds that the parties' child support petition be heard in California," New York judge Adele Alexis Harris ruled on Thursday.
Olivia's big but pricey move. Olivia's counsel told the DailyMail and TMZ,
Olivia cannot afford to waste time filing, unlike Jason. "Jason cannot sue Olivia into debt."
The Friday meeting was canceled because these papers were filed before the New York judge sent the case back to Cali.
The media say they're fighting. "We were scheduled to start working with a family therapist in California in mid-January," Olivia's lawyers wrote.
