Netflix revealed its gaming service's future in its second year.
During a recent press event, Netflix spoke about some of its plans for video games in the rest of 2023 and beyond.
In addition to Netflix's 16 in-house games, 70 external games are in production. Netflix expects to release 40 games in 2023.
with new games hitting the service at least every month. Currently, Netflix's gaming platform houses 55 games.
The company didn't mention showing Netflix's games in creation. Netflix will show Monument Valley 1 and 2 in 2024.
Netflix also announced a new Too Hot to Handle game and reality dating show season later this year. Netflix also teased the third game in its Ubisoft deal.
Mighty Quest: Rogue Palace is a rogue-lite version of Ubisoft's PC and mobile castle-building and dungeon-diving game Mighty Quest for Epic Loot.
Finally, Vainglory and Catalyst Black creator Super Evil Megacorp is developing an exclusive Netflix IP game.
The studio plans to share more on this release sometime later this year.
